Florent is an editor at the BNIC. He likes to mix Cognac with ginger, lime zest, cucumber peel and a
little lemonade. He thinks it’s wonderful that some Cognac actors wear three-piece suits when others
prefer shorts. He likes to read a Delamain brother explaining why birds sing. Or listening to Roland
Barthes talk about the Charente region and its luminous light. He likes to discover how Cognac is
tasted around the world, and maybe one day he will have the chance to enjoy a Sazerac in New
Orleans. Although for the moment, Cognac-Tonic with his grandmother suits him very well. In short,
Cognac is for Florent an infinite source of poetry, knowledge, and new encounters.
