Emmanuel is an economist and researcher associated with the Territories Research Federation of the University of Poitiers. Founder of NADEM, a company specialized in territorial development diagnosis and strategy, Emmanuel assists public and private actors in the development and implementation of their local strategies. His work is based on a method that combines rigorous statistical analysis and qualitative analysis in the field, as close as possible to the actors.
His recent work has taken him to New Aquitaine, Grand-Est and Hauts-de-France, feeding into reflections on national, regional and local public policies. Emmanuel has written several books and scientific articles, the latest of which were commissioned by the Fabrique de l’Industrie: “Alsace centrale: un territoire de culture industrielle” and “Angoulême-Cognac: apprehending the diversity of territories”.
