Mathilde Bourge is a writer living in Brittany, Western France. Her main collaborations include the Finedininglovers.fr project, alongside various specialist media outlets and websites including Vital Food, My Cuisine, Marmiton and the Guide du Fooding.
She also writes a blog, cuisineantigaspi.com, where she shares many recipes to fight against food waste, also available on her Facebook and Instagram accounts.
In addition, she runs the Demi-Sel podcast, which presents local products and chefs in and around Brittany.
